Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships.
During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • (You can add international later if you decide to offer it)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may offer promotions such as free shipping or discounted shipping, which will be clearly stated during those events.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or other carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or high shipping volume

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered, Enchanted Sparkle Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Multiple Items / Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production times.

Handmade Items

All products are handmade, so slight variations may occur. This is part of the unique nature of each item.

Snow Globe Tumblers

Snow globe tumblers are sealed and designed with a small air bubble to prevent pressure buildup. This is normal and not a defect.
